摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:对80例不稳定型心绞痛,随机分组,分别采用西医治疗和丹红注射液等中西医结合治疗,并进行观察分析。结果:观察组:显效32例(80%),有效6例(15%),无效2例(5%);对照组:显效24例(60%),有效12例(30%),无效4例(10%)。结论:丹红注射液,能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,是中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效方法之一。
Objective： To observe Danhong injection treatment of unstable angina results. Methods： 80 cases of unstable angina patients were randomly divided into two groups, western medicine treatment, Danhong injection and other integrative medicine were given in two groups, and then observed and analyzed. Results： In the control group, 32 cases were markedly effective （80%）, 6 cases were effective （15%）, 2 cases were ineffective （5%）; in the treated group, 24 cases were markedly effective effective （60%）, 12 cases were effective （30%）, 4 cases were ineffective （10%）. Conclusion： Danhong injection, can expand coronary arteries, improving myocardial blood supply, is the combination of chinese and western medicine treatment of unstable angina effective methods.
