摘要
目的探讨姜黄消痤搽剂与红蓝光联合应用治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的175例寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用姜黄消痤搽剂联合红蓝光照射治疗,对照组仅用红蓝光照射治疗,连续治疗4周后,按痤疮临床评分标准评价及记录疗效评分判断疗效。结果治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,其有效率为82.22%,对照组的有效率为43.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组中Ⅱ、Ⅲ度的疗效优于Ⅰ、Ⅳ度(P<0.01)。结论姜黄消痤搽剂与红蓝光联合治疗寻常痤疮起效快、疗效高、安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of compound Jiang Huang Xiao Cuo Liniment combined red-blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and seventy-five cases of acne vulgaris were recruited and assigned into two groups randomly.The patients in treating group were treated with Jiang Huang Xiao Cuo Liniment combined with red-blue light,while the control group was treated with red-blue light only. After 4 weeks treatment, the effect was evaluated. Results The therapeutic effect in the treat- ment group was 82.22% and that in control group was 43.53%. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）,while the clinical effects of second-degree and third-degree were higher than those of first-degree and fourth-degree in treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy of Jiang Huang Xiao Cuo Liniment and red-blue light is optimal choice for the treatment of acne vulgaris, which were effective and safe.
