摘要
实验教学是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要途径之一,实验室开放有利于调动学生的主观能动性,.对学生的创新能力和实践能力的培养起到积极的促进作用.文章探讨了高师遗传学实验室开放的内容、管理及资金来源..通过实验室开放使学生能力得到了加强,使教师的教学和科研水平得到了提高,即学生和教师达到双赢.
Experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating students＇ innovation spirit and practical ability. Opening genetics laboratory can motivate students＇ activity of practice. It is of great significance to strengthen their ability. In this paper opening content, management and funds are discussed in opening genetics laboratory in higher normal university. By opening laboratory students＇ practical ability are strengthened and teachers＇ practical teaching quality are developing. This is a win - win situation for both students and teachers.
