重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的疗效观察被引量：77

摘要目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶(商品名:尤靖安)治疗慢性宫颈炎合并阴道高危型HPV感染的疗效。方法将临床40例慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV-DNA阳性的患者随机分为两组进行治疗,治疗组20例,采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗;对照组20例,采用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗。观察两组治疗前后宫颈糜烂面、白带性状及量的变化,检测HPV-DNA情况。结果两组治疗前后白带性状及白带量改善明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组宫颈糜烂治疗前后相比疗效相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月两组高危型HPV-DNA的转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月、12个月重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗组转阴率优于复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的转阴率疗效较好,无明显副作用,值得推广及应用。
