摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(14:86),检测波长为316 nm,柱温:35℃,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量在0.012 4~0.247 7μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为0.85%。结论:该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,可用于丹柴散结合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of ferulie acid in Danchai Sanjie mixtures. Method : The sepa- ration was performed on an Agilent-C18 column ( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 085% phosphoric acid (14: 86) with a flow rate of 1.0ml-min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 316 nm. The eolumn temperature was 35℃. Result: The linear range of ferulie acid was within the range 0. 012 4-0. 247 7 μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 99.42% with RSD of 0. 85%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to determine ferulie acid in Danchai Sanjie mixtures.
