载体改性对重整预加氢催化剂性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用无定形硅铝和纳米二氧化钛对氧化铝载体进行改性,并制备了催化剂。通过N2物理吸附、XRD、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD等手段研究了载体改性对催化剂的织构、物相、酸性的影响,并考察了其对重整预加氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,引入无定形硅铝提高了催化剂的比表面积,催化剂的弱酸和中强酸位增加,但对催化剂的还原性能影响不大;而添加TiO2则降低了催化剂的比表面积和孔容,促进了氧化钼的还原,催化剂的中强酸位增加。载体改性后催化剂的性能得到了很大的改善,无定形硅铝改性的效果更加明显,制备的催化剂在入口温度低30℃的工艺条件下,脱硫、脱氮性能仍优于引入前的催化剂。 To prepare the catalyst for reforming unit, amorphous silicon-alumina and nano-TiO2 are used to modify the catalyst support in this study. The influence of support modification on the catalyst physical properties was investigated by N2 physical adsorption analysis, XRD, H2-TPR and NH3-TPD techniques. The results indicate that the incorporation of amorphous silicon-alumina can increases the surface areas and the strength of weak acid and medium strong acid ,but has little influence on the reducibility of the catalyst. However, the addition of TiO2 decreases the surface areas and pore volume but promotes the reducibility of MoO3 and the strength of weak acid and medium strong acid. The performance of modified catalysts are greatly improved, especially for the catalyst modified by amorphous silicon-alumina. The desulfurization and denitrification properties of the modified catalyst are better even when the inlet temperature is lower by 30℃.
