摘要
目的探讨从红蓼成熟果实中分离出来的花旗松素和3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷对人体肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法用结晶紫染色法检测花旗松素和3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷对人胃癌MGC细胞、人肝癌HepG-2细胞和人盲肠癌Hce-8693细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果花旗松素和3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在1~500μg/mL质量浓度范围内对MGC细胞、HepG-2细胞和Hce-8693细胞均有一定的生长抑制作用,随着剂量的增大和作用时间的延长,呈较好的剂量-时间-效应关系;同等条件下,花旗松素比3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的抑制作用强。结论花旗松素与3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷均有体外抗肿瘤活性,能抑制MGC细胞、HepG-2细胞和Hce-8693细胞的增殖。
AIM To evaluate the in vitro anticancer activity of taxifolin and 3,3′-dimethyl-ellagic-acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside isolated from the fruit of Polygonum orientale L.METHODS The inhibitory effect of taxifolin and 3,3′-dimethyl-ellagic-acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside MGC cells,HepG-2 cells and Hce-8693 cells was detected by crystal violet assay.RESULTS Taxifolin and 3,3′-dimethyl-ellagic-acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside showed inhibitory effect on MGC cells,HepG-2 cells and Hce-8693 cells in a dose-time-dependent manner.Under the same conditions,taxifolin had a stronger inhibition than 3,3′-dimethyl-ellagic-acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.CONCLUSION Taxifolin and 3,3′-dimethyl-ellagic-acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside exhibit a potent inhibition on the proliferation of MGC cells,HepG-2 cells and Hce-8693 cells in vitro.
