摘要
目的:应用彩色多普勒超声探讨胎儿脐带绕颈声像图特征,探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的准确率,分析脐带绕颈与分娩方式、胎儿预后的关系,对临床诊断、治疗和产妇分娩方式提供依据。方法:应用彩色多普勒对162例孕妇产前超声检查检出脐带绕颈与胎儿分娩后结果进行对照分析。结果:162例孕妇胎儿脐带情况进行检查,其中确诊脐带绕颈98例,诊断准确率95.7%,敏感性98%,特异性91.9%。结论:彩色多普勒超声对胎儿脐带绕颈诊断可靠、安全、准确性高,是诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的正确方法。
Objective：Application of color Doppler ultrasonography of fetal umbilical cord around neck ultrasonographic features,explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck of the accuracy,analysis of umbilical cord around neck and mode of delivery,fetal prognosis,the clinical diagnosis,treatment and maternal delivery method.Method：Application of color Doppler in 162 cases of pregnant women prenatal ultrasound examination in detection of fetal umbilical cord around the neck and the results were analyzed and compared after delivery.Results：In 162 pregnant women with fetal umbilical cord inspections,which confirmed diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck in 98 cases,the diagnosis accuracy rate is 95.7%,the sensitivity was 98%,specificity was 91.9%.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck,safe reliable,high accuracy,is the diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck of the correct method.
