对虾高位池循环水养殖水体悬浮物等环境因子的变化特征 被引量:10

On variation features of the aquatic environmental factors due to the suspending substances in the terraced shrimp-culturing ponds with water-recycling systems

摘要 为了弄清对虾高位池循环水养殖过程中水体环境因子的变动规律,有效调控水体环境质量,提高养殖效益和生态效益,以凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannarnei)为试验对象,研究了高位池循环水养殖过程中水体溶解氧(DO)、悬浮物(SS)、pH值和叶绿素a(Chl-a)等环境因子的变化特征。设计了3种不同循环处理量组,即20m3/h组(P1组)、40m3/h组(P2组)和60m3/h组(P3组)。结果表明:不同循环处理量组的循环水养殖系统均能有效提高水体中DO质量浓度,相对空白对照组,P1、P2、P3对DO质量浓度的相对增长率分别为8%、15%、18%;各循环处理量组水体pH值均稳定在7.84~7.96;P1、P2对SS处理效果不明显,P3对SS的相对降低率达到34%;P1组Chl-a质量浓度变化不明显,P2、P3组Chl-a质量浓度分别降低13%和28%。综合比较分析:对虾高位池循环水养殖系统能明显提高水体DO质量浓度,维持水体pH值稳定平衡,降低水体SS和Chl-a质量浓度;60m3/h循环处理量组对水质调控效果最好,40 m3/h组次之,20 m3/h组较差。 The present paper is to report our research results on the variation features of the aquatic environment factors due to the suspending substances in the terraced shrimp-culturing ponds with water-recycling system.The reason for us to take up the topic is to investigate and control the various factors in the aqua-environment to keep the recycling water for shrimps to grow healthy in the terraced ponds,and how to control effectively the regulatory recycling water quality and improve the efficiency of the culture.By taking Litopenaeus vannarnei as experimental target under shrimp culture of recycling water treatment systems in the terraced ponds,the environmental factors we are aiming to study include the dissolved oxygen(DO),suspended substances(SS),pH and chlorophyll a(chl-a) during the period from Aug.to Nov.in 2010.To achieve our purpose, we planned our experimental studies of three different cycles of treatment with the recycling efficiencies at 20 m3/h(P1),40 m3/h(P2) and 60 m3/h(P3).In different treatment cycles,we hope to effectively increase DO in the water-culture system and make close observation of the variations between the control group and the contrast group in the experimental process.The investigation results of ours show that the values of DO were 8%,15% and 18%,much higher than the control group(the group in the experiment),the pH of different periods in different recycling water-ponds remains in a range from 7.84 to 7.96 in all the treatments.The suspending substances in P1 and P2 didn't make much change but decreased by 34% in P3 of different cycles of treatment in the culture of water system in the terraced pond.Furthermore,in the control group in the experiment,chl-a was not significantly changed in P1 but decreased sharply by 13% and 28%,less than the control groups in P2 and P3 of different cycles of treatment,respectively.Therefore,on the whole,the recycling treatments in shrimp ponds could help to increase DO in the water body,maintain the relative balance of pH value and decrease SS and chl-a under the shrimp culture.Comparative analysis we have done for the efficiency of water quality regulation shows that the best efficiency turned out to be with the treatment of 60 m3/h,less better is with the treatment of 40 m3/h,the worst is with 0 m3/h under shrimp culture of recycling water treatment in the terraced ponds.
