摘要
城市居民近郊运动休闲项目偏好研究对于近郊休闲场所项目建设、市场开发等意义重大。通过抽样调查方法获取丰富基础数据,对城市居民近郊运动休闲项目偏好进行系统分析,并通过探索性因子分析和测量模型分析发现城市居民近郊运动休闲项目偏好分为极限运动、大球运动、悠闲运动、小球运动、棋牌运动与亲水运动等六种基本类型。通过聚类分析发现,城市居民可分为悠闲亲水类、小球极限类、益智运动类、全面重视类等4种类型。通过交叉分析、卡方检验,发现4类人群在性别、文化程度、收入水平等方面存在显著差异,而在年龄、职业等方面差异不显著;在组织方式、休闲花费、休闲频次、交通工具等休闲行为方面存在显著差异。
It is of great significance for the building and market development of suburban leisure project to study on the preference of urban residents.After getting rich basic data through the sample survey method,we carry out a systematic analysis on the preferences of outskirts leisure sports projects.By exploratory factor and measurement model analysis,the projects preferences of urban residents can be divided into six basic types,including extreme sports,big ball sports,leisure sports,small ball sports,chess sports and hydrophilic.And through cluster analysis,it shows that urban dwellers can be divided into hydrophilic leisure type,small ball limits type,educational campaigns type and full attention type.On this basis and through the cross-analysis and chi-square test,we can found that there is a significant difference in terms of gender,educational level,income level among the four groups,no significant difference in age and occupation,and significant difference in the leisure organization forms,spending,frequency,transportation and other aspects of leisure behavior.
