摘要
基于模糊数学的理论，将模糊多级综合评判方法运用于散装货船的综合性评估。通过综合分析与模糊化处理影响散装货船安全性的船舶、船员及环境三方面的各种因素，建立了模糊综合安全性评估的数据库和计算机程序。该系统具有良好的人机交互界面，通过结合专家经验及数据，能够对散装货船的综合安全性作出科学、全面、客观的评估。
Fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive safety for bulk carrier based on fuzzy theory. The database and computer program are established by analyzing and fuzzificating three kinds of factors including ship,crew and environment that influnce the safety of bulk carrier. This system has good mutual interface and can make a objective evaluation to comprehensive safety for bulk carrier in combination with expert' s experience.
