摘要
充填采矿法具有资源回收率高、对环境破坏小、作业安全等优点,是无废、少废采矿工艺领域的一种主要方法。根据李楼铁矿开采技术条件和生产规模,结合实际工程现状,初选25 m高分段上向扇形孔空场采矿嗣后充填法作为李楼铁矿新建500万t生产系统的采矿方法,并对该采矿方法及充填工艺进行了探讨,指出了该采矿方法和充填工艺中存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策及今后努力方向。
Back- filling Method is one primary method of no - wastes or lesser - wastes mining, which has many advantages, such as high recovery ratio of resource, destroying slightly to the environment, high safety level of operation. According to the technical conditions of mining and the production capacity in Lilou iron mine, combining with actual production, a mining method of 25 m sublevel open stoping and subsequent filling with upward fan - pattern holes was initially selected for the new 500 million t/a production system in Lilou iron mine. The mining method and filling technology were discussed, some problems were pointed out,and some countermeasures to solve these prob- lems and some suggestions for future work were put forward also.
