摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床应用效果。方法将我院120例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组患者采用传统术式,治疗组采用腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术。并对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肠蠕动恢复时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症进行分析。结果经过治疗,两组患者切口均一期愈合,无死亡病例,治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肠蠕动恢复时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术具有手术创伤小、操作简单、安全可靠,术后感染率低,术后恢复快等特点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.Methods 120 patients with gastric ulcer perforation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital,the control group was treated by traditional operation,the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair.The operation time,blood loss,bowel movement recovery time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were analyzed in the two groups.Results After treatment,all wounds got primary healing in two groups,no death case was found.The operation time,blood loss,bowel movement recovery time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Gastric ulcer perforation repair has the characteristics of minimally invasive surgery,simple,safe and reliable operation,less postoperative infection rate,rapid postoperative recovery,and so on,it is worthy of clinic application.
