摘要
血清素1A(5-HT1A)受体是5-羟色胺受体家族中的一个亚型,是广泛分布于整个大脑中的一类重要神经递质。现研究表明,5-羟色胺(5-HT)与抑郁症的关系密切,但5-HT1A与抑郁症的相关性报道不一。本文就5-HT1A受体及其相关性基因对抑郁症产生机制及抗抑郁药研究进展作一综述。
5-HT1A receptor is a subtype of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor family and which is an important widely distributed neurotransmitters throughout the brain.Present study have showed that 5-HT and depression are closely related,but the reports of 5-HT1A associated with depression are mixed.In this paper,5-HT1A receptor gene and its associated mechanism of depression and antidepressant drug research is to do a review.
