摘要 目的探讨早期应用高压氧联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗急性脊髓损伤的疗效,评估急性脊髓损伤早期高压氧联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗的临床意义。方法回顾性研究笔者所在神经外科2006-06~2009-12收治的脊髓损伤患者95例,所有患者均急诊给予减压、脊柱内固定术,按纳入标准随机分为高压氧组(HBO组)31例,甲基泼尼松龙组(MP组)32例和高压氧+甲基泼尼松龙组(HBO+MP组)32例。结果 HBO+MP组临床疗效优于HBO和MP组(P<0.05),MP组疗效优于HBO组(P<0.05)。结论早期给予高压氧联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗能有效促进脊髓功能恢复,降低致残率,显著改善患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with methylpre- dnisolone in early treatment of acute spinal cord injury. Method The 95 cases of spinal cord injury were studied retrospectively which the neurosurgery department of author's hospital collected them from June 2006 to December 2009. All the patients afforded decompression and internal fixation operation, according to the standardization to be intemalized they were divided into three groups: HBO group (31 patients), MP group (32 patients) and HBO+MP group(32 patients).After operation HBO group was treaded by hyperbaric oxygen as early as possible. Results The clinical therapeutic effect of HBO+MP group was superior to HBO and MP groups (P〈0.01). The clinical therapeutic effect of MP group was superior to HBO group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with methylprednisolone for early treatment can promote the function recovery of the spinal cord effectively, reduce the disability rate, improve the quality of life significantly.
