摘要
对一种半桥级联型多电平逆变器,分析了A/D转换、连续SPWM和循环脉冲SPWM等3种PWM控制方式,以及其波形产生方法,计算了各种控制方式的电源功率分配比。对于电压等级不太高的电压型电力开关器件逆变,可用逐级自举的方法,用很少的驱动电源就能满足主电路的驱动。相比传统H桥级联型多电平逆变器,简化了主电路和驱动电路。通过实验验证了该控制和方法是可行的。
For a kind of half-bridge cascading multi-level inverter, three control methods of pulse width modulation (PWM) ,A/D conversion,continuous SPWM and rotary pulse SPWM,as well as production methods of these three kinds of control waveforms, and calculated power distribution ratio of power source for each control way are analyzed. For voltage-type electric switch component, bootstrapping can be adopted to embody the driving of all main circuits by a few driving power supplies.Compared with a traditional H-bridge cascading multi-level inverter,it simplifies main and driving circuits.Experiments are made to validate the feasibility of these control methods.
