摘要
利用TXS-Ⅱ微量硫分析仪测定褐煤低温干馏气中含硫化合物过程中存在以下问题:(1)高浓度的H2S和COS经多次稀释会引起分析误差;(2)低浓度有机硫受到高浓度H2S和COS的严重干扰,无法分离检出;(3)科研小试中产气量少,无法满足测定所需的进样量。为了解决上述问题,对TXS-Ⅱ微量硫分析仪的进样系统进行了改造,在原有的六通阀进样器与色谱柱之间串联了一个微量填充柱进样器。改造后,进气量只需要0.1~1000μL,可直接测定H2S和COS的含量,并优化了测定操作条件。改造后的仪器能快速简便地测定褐煤低温干馏气中高浓度H2S和COS及低浓度有机硫含量,稳定性及精密度良好。
In the determination of sulfur compunds in the pyrolysis gas of brown coal low-temperature dry distillation by TXS-Ⅱ trace sulfur analyzer,there existed three problems:(1) Repeated dilution of high concentration H2S and COS led to analytical errors;(2) the interferences of high concentration H2S and COS made the low concentration organic sulfur unable to be separated for detection;and(3) the gas produced in small-scale research was too small to meet the required sample volume.In order to solve these problems,the sampling system of the instrument was modified,A packed column injector was installed between the six-way-valve sample injector and the chromatographic column.After modification,the sample volume needed was reduced to 1~1000μL.The operational conditions were optimized.The modified instrument can determine the high concentration H2S and COS directly.The low concentration organic sulfur and high concentration H2S and COS can be determined conveniently and rapidly with good stability and accuracy.
