摘要
目的探讨穴位按揉结合芪蓉通便口服液预防腰椎经皮微创术后患者便秘的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院121例经皮腰椎间盘髓核嵌夹手术的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组(穴位按揉结合芪蓉通便口服液)。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者术后便秘症状明显改善。结论穴位按揉结合芪蓉通便口服液预防腰椎微创术后便秘安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of points rubbing with Qirong oral laxative for preventing constipation in patients after percutaneous minimally invasive spinal surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 121 cases of percutaneous lumbar intcrvcrtcbral disc embedded folder surgery were randomly divided into control and treatment group （with rubbing points and Qirong laxative oral liquid）. Results Compared with the control group, treatment group significantly improved symptoms of constipation. Conclusion Points rubbing with Qirong oral laxative to prevent constipation after lumbar minimally invasive surgery is safe, reliable, worthy of promotion.
