摘要
以盆栽膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪幼苗为试验材料,测量2种黄芪叶片的光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、光能利用率及耐光性等指标的日变化,以探讨它们的光能利用、热耗散以及耐光性差异。结果表明:(1)随着太阳光合有效辐射的日变化进程推进,2种黄芪的初始荧光(F0)、非光化学淬灭(NPQ)、PSⅡ调节性能量耗散量子产量(YNPQ)先升高后降低,最大值均在光照最强时出现,且膜荚黄芪始终大于蒙古黄芪;最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/F0)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭(qP)、PSⅡ非调节性能量耗散量子产量(YNO)先降低后升高,在光强最大时值均最低,蒙古黄芪始终大于膜荚黄芪。(2)在过剩激发能(E)相差不大情况下,蒙古黄芪的PSⅡ天线色素吸收能量中用于光化学反应相对份额(P)的日均值及光照最强时的值均显著大于膜荚黄芪;膜荚黄芪的天线色素热耗散相对份额(D)始终大于蒙古黄芪。膜荚黄芪的初始斜率(α)略大于蒙古黄芪,但是膜荚黄芪最大电子传递速率(ETRmax),最小饱和光强(EK)均是小于蒙古黄芪。可见,膜荚黄芪和蒙古黄芪的幼苗均能适应初夏强光照条件,但蒙古黄芪在强光下的PSⅡ反应中心活性、光能利用率、电子传递速率以及耐光性等方面的能力均高于膜荚黄芪。
The parameters of day light use,heat dissipation and the light patience of Astragalus membranaceus var.membranaceus and Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus were investigated in seedling stage.With var.membranaceus and var.mongholicus as experiment materials through the pot experiment,chlorophyll fluorescenc use of day light,heat dissipation and the light patience were investigated whole day in early summer.The minimal fluorescence(F0),non-photochemical quenching(NPQ),PSⅡ regulatory quantum yield of energy dissipation(YNPQ) were increased and then decreased in two varieties of Astragalus,and the maximum appeared at noon;the maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),PSⅡ potential activity(Fv/F0),actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ),photochemical quenching(qP),PSⅡ non-regulatory energy dissipation in quantum yield(YNO) of two varieties of Astragalus were decreased and then increased.The lowest values were in the maximum light intensity,var.mongholicus is always greater than var.membranaceus.The excess excitation energy(E) less the case;var.mongholicus energy absorbed PSⅡ antenna pigments in the photochemical reactions for the relative share(P) of the daily average and the strongest light are significantly greater than var.membranaceus;capsule antenna pigment of var.membranaceus relative share of heat dissipation(D) is always greater than that of var.mongholicus.The initial slope of var.membranaceus(α) is larger than that of var.mongholicus slightly.But var.mongholicus maximum electron transport rate(ETRmax),the smallest saturation intensity(EK) are higher than that of var.membranaceus.The seedlings of var.membranaceus and var.mongholicus can growth normally in high light in early summer,but the photochemical efficiency,the relative share of photochemical reactions,PSⅡ electron transport activity,the light patience of var.mongholicus are higher than var.membranaceus.
