摘要
职业技术教育的最后依托是文化,职业技术教育中技能、技术的生成同样最终依托于文化,文化当然的成为技能、技术结构框架的基本元素,并继而成为激活技能、技术应用机制,以及使技能、技术升级换代的决定性要素。在这个前提下,专业教学组织中的文化渗透不仅不会消解专业教学中的技能和技术,反而会于渗透中完善专业结构,强化技能和技术,在更高的有机体范畴下实现职业技术教育的终极目标。
Culture is the ultimate support of the vocational education,the obtainment of the skill and technology rely on culture as well,so culture is certainly the essential of the framework of the skill and technology,and then becomes the conclusive key element of activating the applied mechanism of the skill and technology￡？and impelling them to upgrade and renovate.Under such a premise￡？the cultural infiltration in the specialized teaching organizations does not eliminate the skill and technology￡？ on the contrary,it can improve the specialized structure￡？strengthen the skill and technology during the process of osmosis￡？and then reach the ultimate aim of vocational education in a higher-level category￡？
