摘要
利用球磨纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金得到的粉末压制成磁粉芯 ,研究其磁性。结果表明 ,在测量的频率范围内( 1kHz~ 10 0kHz) ,该粉芯的磁导率几乎不随频率变化而变化 ;粉芯的品质因数Q随频率的增加而增加 ,在较高频率时有着比坡莫合金粉芯还要高的值 ,具有应用价值。推导出磁粉芯的静态磁导率的表达式 ,发现磁粉芯的磁导率与磁粉芯的密度有着密切的关系 ,密度愈大 。
The magnetic properties of Fe 73.5 Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5 B 9 nanocrystalline dust core (core of compacted powder) were studied.It was found that the permeability of the dust core was almost a constant in the frequency range from 1kHz to 100kHz,and the quality factor Q of dust core increased with increasing frequency.It was also found that Q became higher at the frequency over 50kHz in comparison with that of permalloy (Ni 81 Fe 17 Mo 2,wt%) in higher frequency.The formula of static permeability of dust core was obtained.We believe that the density of dust core plays a key role in the permeability.The higher the density of dust core is,the higher the permeability of that is.
