摘要
针对连续辊压机热压过程的大滞后、大惯性和非线性等特点,提出了将模糊控制与传统PID控制相结合的设计思路,设计了模糊PID控制器并对其进行了仿真试验。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性及良好的控制品质,可提高系统的动、静态性能。
Considering the long time bag, big inertia and nonlinearity of the hot press process of continuous rolling machines, the idea which combines fuzzy control with normal PID control is presented, a fuzzy-PID controller is designed and a simulation experiment is conducted. The simulation result shows that the fuzzy-PID control system has excellent robustness and wonderful control quality and can improve the dynamic and static performance indexes of the system.
