摘要
医院从"流程和细则管理、五师服务临床、合理用药、感染控制、重症管理"等五个关键环节人手,实行"选择式目标管理",将目标分解落实到责任人,实行跟踪问效,医疗质量持续改进。
Five critical aspects of medical quality management were introduced as management of arranged technological processes and detailed regulations, cooperative clinical services of five types of medical staff ( doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, dieticians and psychological consultants), rational drug use, infection control and critical care management. And "selected target administration" has been implemented and the tasks have been designated to the responsible individuals, and efficacy has been followed up and medical quality has been gradually improved.
