摘要
应用Burkard采样器对深圳市气传花粉浓度进行监测,并对花粉浓度进行统计分析.探讨深圳市秋季气传花粉的种类、数量及季节消长规律,为本地区防治花粉症提供有效资料.本次调查共曝片244张,1.5 m和30 m 2个高度采集点各122张.曝片共识别花粉39种,12 850粒,其中1.5 m高度7881粒,占总数的61.3%;30 m高度4 969粒,占总数的38.7%,曝片所见以草本花粉为主,禾本科、菊科花粉最多.调查结果可以为本地区花粉症防治及绿化品种的选择提供可靠依据.
Burkard volumetric trap was used to sample the airborne pollen in Shenzhen city, and the pollen concentration were analyzed statistically. To determine species, counts, and seasonal variation of airborne pollen in the city of Shenzhen in order to provide with reference for protection and treatment of tropic pollinosis. 244 micro- scopic slides were made in this survey. Among them 122 for 1.5 meters height and the same to 30 meters height. Pollens on the slides were 39 varieties, totally 12 850 grains. The most heights are 1.5 meters, 7 881 grains which was 61.3% of the total; the least heights are 30 meters, 4 969 grains which is 38.7% of the total. The grass pollens were mainly in this season, and pinaceae and Asteraceae pollens were the most on the slides. Understanding varieties their amounts and the most of air spread pollens will supply a reliable data for protection and treatment of tropic pollinosis and varieties choice of city plants.
