摘要
该研究对指挥调度系统建设目标、总体框架和数据体系进行了探讨.通过三维建模、流模式加载和空间数据聚合等关键技术搭建的指挥调度系统,集成了动监110接处警、视频监控、预测预警辅助和三维应急处置指挥等关键功能,并结合目前实际应用情况,阐述了系统应用的广阔前景.
This paper briefly describes the research goal of the system,system framework,data system of research on a 3D GIS-based Command and Adjustment System for Animal Health Inspection.The system is built through three-dimensional modeling,streaming model,spatial data aggregation and other key technologies,which integrates the 110 Command Center for Animal Health Inspection,video monitoring,3D emergency disposal command and other key functions.Finally,taking its current practical application into consideration,this paper expounds the broad prospects for application of the system.
