摘要
本文对医学工程技术人员在现代化医院中的作用论述,认为临床医学工程人员主要的工作重点应该从单纯的维修转移到设备使用过程中的应用安全与质量控制上,具体包括:设备引进与报废前的评估、技术支持、设备的应用安全以及风险控制、故障应急维修和预防性维护、设备的质量控制和质量管理、计量以及不良事件的监测,贯穿于医疗设备进入医院及其后整个过程。
In this paper,the author described the roles of medical engineering staffs in modern hospitals in detail.The main tasks of engineers should shift from the equipment service maintenance to the application safety and quality control in the whole process of the equipment usage,which include estimating the value of equipment before buying or abandoning that,technical support,application safety and risk control,preventive maintenance,quality control and management,measurement and monitor of adverse event.
