摘要
为了实现直冷式和间冷式家用冰箱性能的仿真,本文建立了用于直冷式和间冷式冰箱性能预测的数学模型。数学模型包括了压缩机模型、换热器模型和箱体模型。为了方便用户调用相关的模型进行仿真,本文还开发了适用于直冷式冰箱和间冷式冰箱的仿真软件。仿真软件由输入、仿真和输出三部分组成,能方便用户在输入界面输入仿真参数,进行仿真,并以界面和输出的Excel文件的形式查看和分析动态和稳态的仿真结果。对直冷式冰箱和间冷式冰箱的实验验证表明,模型对箱室温度的预测精度均在3℃以内。
To simulate the performance of direct cooling and indirect cooling household refrigerators, the mathematic model is established, which includes the compressor model, heat-exchanger model and cabinet model. In order to call the models to simulate the performance of refrigerators, the simulation software adapts to the direct cooling and indirect cooling refrigerator is developed. The simulation system includes three parts, which are input module, simulation module and output module. The user can conveniently set the input, execute simulation, and check the steady and dynamic simulation results either by interface or exported file through output module. Experimental validation of direct cooling refrigerator and indirect cooling refrigerator shows that the deviations of air temperature in cabinets are within 3℃.
