摘要
学生事务管理工作是高校管理工作的一项极其重要的内容。在新时期"以学生为本,加强自我管理"的学生管理理念下,培养学生参与学生事务管理工作的作用是不可替代的,是学院学生事务管理工作的有效延伸和必要补充。本文将结合光电学院的"光子服务计划",对培养学生参与学生事务管理工作进行初步的探析。
Students＇ participation in the management of student affairs plays an irreplaceable role,and it also the effective extension and necessary complement of college student affairs management.This article makes a preliminary discussion about how to train students to participate in the student affairs management with the ＂Photon service plan＂ from optical school.
