摘要
目的评估我院麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对本院2010年度使用麻醉药品的情况进行统计,采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,计算麻醉药品的用药频度(DDDs),并对其处方数量及消耗量进行统计处理和分析。结果与结论多数药物的DUI值小于1.0。本院麻醉药品的使用基本合理。
Objective To assess narcotic drugs use in our hospital,to provide a basis for the rational use of drugs.Methods The narcotic drugs use in our hospital in 2010 were carried on statistics,the use of defined daily doses（DDD） analysis to calculate the frequency of narcotic drugs（DDDs）,and the number of their prescriptions and consumption were statistical processing and analyzed.Results and Conclusion DUI of the majority drugs were less than 1.0.Narcotic drugs use is basically rational in our hospital.
