摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜术中联合结肠镜治疗结直肠息肉的临床应用价值。方法：18例无法用肠镜切除的结直肠息肉患者联合应用腹腔镜结肠镜治疗。结果：18例患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术,均无中转开腹。手术时间60~200 min,平均80 min;术中出血10~80mL,平均30 mL。术后无并发症发生。随访6~24个月未见复发。结论：腹腔镜术中联合结肠镜治疗结直肠息肉是安全可行的。
Objective：To explore the clinical application value of colonoscopy in laparoscopic resection of colorectal polyps.Methods：Eighteen patients with colonoscopically unresectable colorectal polyps were treated by laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy.Results：Eighteen cases were operated successfully,without conversion to open surgery.The mean operative time was 80 min（range 60~200 min）,mean intraoperative blood loss was 30 mL（range 10~80 mL）.No postoperative complications occurred.In the follow-up of 6~24 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusion：Colonoscopy combined with laparoscopy is safe and feasible in the treatment of colorectal polyps.
