摘要
目的:对舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸含量进行初步调查。方法:采集舟山海域出产的贝类等海产品,使用高效液相色谱法对其中的软骨藻酸含量进行定量分析。结果:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸的总检出率为64%,含量范围为ND-1.68 mg/kg,含量中值0.21 mg/kg,贻贝等海产品中毒素含量相对较高。结论:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸总体含量远低于卫生标准限值,目前暂不存在食用风险。
Objective：To investigate the contents of domoic acid in shellfish in Zhoushan islands.Methods： The shellfish in Zhoushan islands were collected and the contents of the domoic acid in these shellfish were detected with HPLC.Results： The total detectable rate of domoic acid in shellfish was 64% with the content range from 0 to1.68 mg/kg,and the median was 0.21 mg/kg.The content of domoic acid in mussels was relatively high.Conclusion： The contents of domoic acid in shellfish in Zhoushan islands were lower than the hygienic standard.So there was no risk involved with shellfish.
