牙龈瘤微创修形治疗与常规手术切除的疗效比较 被引量:16

摘要 目的:观察组织修形高频电刀用于牙龈瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法:52例牙龈瘤随机分成2组,其中29例采用组织修形高频电刀进行微创切除并修整牙龈形态,23例采用常规手术方法治疗,比较2种方法的术中出血情况和术后的牙龈状况。结果:高频电刀组术中牙龈出血少,术后无出血和感染,牙龈愈合良好,形态稳定,随访无复发。结论:组织修形高频电刀系统进行牙龈瘤微创修形治疗简便易行,具有操作精准,出血少,切除彻底,术后复发率低的特点。 Objective: To observe clinical effects of the application of high-frequency electric knife for epulis resection by using Perfect tissue contouring system (PerFect TCS). Methods: 52 cases of epulis were randomly divided into two groups: 29 cases were carried out for resection by PerFect TCS (PerFect TCS group) and 23 cases by routine resection surgery (Routine surgery group). A survey of bleeding during operations and gingival status after operations was carried out. Results: Compared to the routine surgery group, there was no bleeding in the PerFect TCS group during operation and immediately after operation. Also there were no bleeding and inflammation of the gingiva one week after operation. All patients were satisfied with the gingival shapes. No one was seen to relapse in the PerFect TCS group during followed up. Conclusion: PerFect tissue contouring system can perform an accurate cutting together with effective coagulation during epulis reseetion and gingival contouring.
