分化型甲状腺癌的研究新进展 被引量：16

摘要 甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤，其中分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）的比例高达90％左右。作为一个涉及多学科的疾病，DTC的相关研究非常活跃。近年来，随着DTC的发病率明显增加，更是掀起了DTC研究的热潮。2010年1-5月，Medline上可检索到的甲状腺癌文献近3000篇，其中对DTC的研究涵盖疾病病因机制、诊断、治疗、预后等各个环节。以下选择5个与临床实践密切相关的主题，对此期问的代表性研究结果加以综述。
