食管癌组织M2型巨噬细胞浸润与淋巴结转移和预后的关系 被引量：10

摘要 巨噬细胞在不同的肿瘤微环境刺激下活化为经典活化的巨噬细胞（M1型）和替代活化的巨噬细胞（M2型）两种类型，与肿瘤的发展和转移密切相关.CD68是巨噬细胞表面的特异性分子标志物，CD163表达于M2型巨噬细胞。我们检测了117例食管癌组织中CD68、CD163阳性巨噬细胞的浸润密度，结合临床病理特征和随访资料，探讨其与淋巴结转移和患者预后的关系。
