摘要
20世纪90年代中期以来,中国互联网一直呈现出蓬勃发展的良好态势,网络政治随之获得了迅速发展。中国网络政治的发展不仅直接影响着中国政治发展的进程,而且促进了中国政治文化的变迁。从目前情况看,网络政治参与、网络结社、网络政务和网络政治社会化等形式都对中国政治文化变迁产生着深刻而显著的影响。中国网络政治的兴起推动着中国政治文化向参与型政治文化和现代公民文化转变,推动着中国政治文化更加倾向于理性、温和与客观,更加倾向于民主、公平与透明。
Since mid - 1990s, the internet has been developing steadily in China, which has enhanced greatly the quick development of cyberpolitics. The development of cyberpolitics not only influences the process of political development but also promotes the changing of political culture in China. Nowadays, political participation, forming societies, governmental affairs and political socialization on internet have all affected profoundly and prominently the changing of political culture in China. The rising of cyberpolitics in China promotes the transfer of the political culture into participation political culture and modern civil culture, enhancing the political culture to be more rational, moderate and objective, to be more democratic, equitable and transparent.
