丹参素对氧化低密度脂蛋白致血管平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨丹参素(DSS)对氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)致血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)凋亡的影响和机制。方法采用反复贴块法培养大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞原代培养成功后,采用第3~10代细胞应用于实验。收集培养的细胞种植在6孔板中的4个孔中,分为4组:①正常组;②ox-LDL(100 mg/L)干预组;③ox-LDL(100 mg/L)+DSS(50 mg/L)干预组;④ox-LDL(100mg/L)+DSS(100 mg/L)干预组,作用12 h后,收集每孔细胞,用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果丹参素可明显升高ox-LDL引起的凋亡指数升高。结论丹参素可促进ox-LDL致血管平滑肌细胞凋亡。
