摘要
作为领导社会主义事业的执政党,中国共产党的执政地位需要法治的强力保障。要构建这种保障,需要从组织法、行为法和监督救济法等几个方面多管齐下,这样才能更加强化和更好落实中国共产党的执政地位,确保从严治党,立党为公。
As the governance party guiding the socialist career,the CPC＇s governance status needs strong safeguard from the rule of law.To construct this kind of safeguard,we need to strive in all kinds of legal sectors including organization law,action law and supervision and relief law.Then we can strengthen and realize the governance status of the CPC entirely so as to ensure strict governance of the Party and building the Party for the public.
