摘要
煤矿井下回收的弯曲变形钢轨采用人工平直的办法,劳动强度大,效率低,在井下利用机械装置来平直弯曲的钢轨能提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,阐述了机械压轨机结构原理和操作方式及设计计算,并对应用效果和经济效益进行了分析。
Coal mine recovery bending deformation of rail using artificial straight way, large labor intensity, low efficiency, in mine using mechanical devices to straight and curved rail can improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, this paper expounds the mechanical rail press principle of structure and operation mode and design calculation, and application result and economic benefit analysis.
