摘要
目的探讨集体宣教法在肺功能测定患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将180例行肺功能测定的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各90例,在肺功测定前对观察组行集体宣教法,对照组行个体宣教法,比较两组肺功能检测成功率,健康宣教知识掌握情况及患者满意度的变化。结果观察组肺功能检测成功率,健康宣教知识掌握情况及患者满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集体宣教法有利于提高肺功能检测成功率及健康宣教知识掌握程度和患者的满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of collective health education in patients with pulmonary function test.Methods 180 patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group and there were 90 cases in each group.Collective education method was performed in observation group and individual education method in control group.The success rate of pulmonary function test、mastery condition of health knowledge and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of pulmonary function test、mastery condition of health knowledge and patients satisfaction in observation group were superior to those in control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Collective education method is useful to improve the success rate of pulmonary function test mastery condition of health knowledge and patients satisfaction.
