摘要
文章对纳雍钼镍矿的矿物性质和成分进行了详细的理论分析和具体计算,阐明了矿物中各元素在熔池熔炼过程中的行为。分析了实现火法冶炼分离钼镍的有利条件和成熟的冶炼炉型。指出只要采取可靠的收尘措施和强化浸出熔炼渣的方法,获得钼镍的高收率、高品质的产品以及提供无砷的二氧化硫烟气制硫酸是可能的。
In this paper, analysis and concrete terms of the nature and composition of a detailed theoretical of nickel-molybdenum mineral of Nayong, to clarify the various elements in the mineral bath smelting process behavior. Analysis to achieve separation of molybdenum pyrometallurgical nickel smelting favorable conditions and mature furnace. That as long as the measures taken to collecting reliable smelting slag and enhanced leaching method, to obtain a high yield of Mo-Ni, high-quality products and to provide arsenic-free sulfuric acid and sulfur dioxide gas is possible.
