摘要
基层农机管理服务组织是指以乡镇农机管理服务站为骨干的乡村农机服务组织,其是农机化发展的重要基础。当前农机管理服务中存在的问题有包括基层农机管理体系不健全、技术力量薄弱、农机服务人员素质不高、服务范围较窄等,所以要完善农机安全管理体制、提高基层农机管理人员综合素质、加强农机站自身建设,以促进基层农机管理服务水平的提高。
The basic farm machinery management service organization refers to the rural agricuhural machinery service organizations taking the villages and towns agricultural machinery management service station as the backbone, it is an important basis of agricultural mechanization development. The current agricultural machinery management services existing the problems： the management system of agricultural machinery is imperfect, technical force is weak, agricultural machinery service personnel quality is not high, the service area is limited, so to improve agricultural machinery safety management system, improve the comprehensive quality of agricultural machinery management personnel, and strengthening the construction of gricultural machinery station itself, to promote the service level of grassroots agricultural machinery management.
