摘要
顶岗实习是高职教育中一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,是提升学生职业能力的重要途径。构建有效的工作机制,强化顶岗实习功能,提高顶岗实习质量,能够提高学生就业竞争力,有利于学生顺利就业,对实现"毕业与就业的零距离"具有现实意义。
Internship is a vital link of practice teaching in higher vocational education and is an important way to raise the professional ability of the vocational college students. The establishment of effective mechanisms, the strengthening of the function of internship, and the improvement of the quality of internship can promote the student＇s competitive power of employment and help them get a job. It is of practical significance to achieve ＂zero distance between graduation and employment.
