电动汽车用电机驱动系统的电磁兼容技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于电动汽车的特点和应用要求,对车用电机驱动系统电磁骚扰特性及传播机制进行了分析,采用骚扰源抑制、系统接地、电磁屏蔽、系统合理布局等措施实现了系统电磁兼容性能的有效提升.文中给出的整改方案已应用于某款纯电动汽车,满足了国标要求,证明文中给出的电磁兼容方案是行之有效的. Based on the application of the electric vehicle, the electromagnetic disturbance of motor and drive control system is analyzed. The system electromagnetic compatibility solutions in the aspects of disturbance source restraining, system grounding, electromagnetic shielding, reasonable structure layout and immunity design of control board are presented. Through the relevant standard test, and successfully applied to a pure electric vehicle, it is shown that this analysis and discussion of EMC solutions are feasible and effective.
