摘要
以采自鄂西北山区的蒲公英无水乙醇提取物为供试药液,测定了其对立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani、灰葡萄孢菌Botrytis cinerea、齐整小核菌Sclerotium rolfsii、终极腐霉Pythium ultimum和尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cucum-ber的抑制活性。结果表明:不同浓度的蒲公英提取物对供试真菌菌丝生长的抑制作用均随菌丝生长时间的延长而降低。蒲公英提取物对这5种真菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用均随着提取物浓度的升高而增强,且对终极腐霉、尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型、立枯丝核菌和灰葡萄孢菌均有较好的抑制作用,而对齐整小核菌的抑制作用较弱。
Taking the absolute ethyl alcohol extract of wild Taraxacum officnala from the mountainous area of northwestern Hubei province as the tested material, and its inhibitory activity to Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cirterea, Sclerotium rolfsii, Pythium ultimum and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp cucumber was determined. The results indicated that : the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of extracts on the fungal hypha growth decreased when the time of hypha growth increased. The inhibitory effects of Taraxacum officnala extract on the hypha growth and spore germination of the tested 5 kinds of fungi increased with the increase in the concentration of the extract, and it had better inhibitory activity to Pythium ultimum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp cucumber, Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea, but it had weak inhibition to Sclerotium rolfsii.
