摘要
在管流条件下研究了新疆原油的蜡沉积规律,以及原油组成、油温、油壁温差等因素对蜡沉积规律的影响,借助于差示扫描量热仪分析了管壁沉积物的析蜡点、平均析蜡潜热,从微观上探讨了新疆原油蜡的析出和沉积规律。
The wax deposition of Xinjiang crude oil in pipeflow was studied. The authors researched the effect of crude oil composition,oil temperature,difference between oil and pipe wall temperature on wax deposition on pipe wall,analyzed parameters of the wax deposit including wax appearance temperature, average latent heat of wax crystallization by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC),and also discussed the wax precipation and deposition of Xinjiang crude oil from microscopic mechanism.
