摘要
目的:探讨社区免费服药对精神分裂症患者服药依从性及复发的影响。方法:64例精神分裂症患者随机分成研究组和对照组各32例,均给予利培酮常规治疗。研究组给予社区定期免费给药及健康教育,对照组不给予社区免费给药及健康教育。两组于入组时、入组后6个月和12个月采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷量表(ITAQ)及服药依从性调查量表进行评定。结果:入组时两组BPRS、ITAQ及服药依从性量表评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.227、1.090、1.057,P均>0.05),入组6个月(t=7.151、5.628、5.250,P均<0.01)和12个月(t=7.785、5.001、6.691,P均<0.01)时BPRS、ITAQ及服药依从性量表评分差异均有统计学意义。入组6个月、12个月研究组复发率显著低于对照组(t=3.006、8.087,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:社区免费服药对提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性,降低复发率有积极的作用。
Objective：To explore the influence of free medication in community on compliance and relapse of schizophrenia. Method：64 schizophrenia patients were randomly assigned to study group（n=32） and control group（n=32） .All patients were received conventional therapy with risperidone.Free medication and healthy education in community was administered to study group.All patients were evaluated with brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS） ,insight and treatment attitude questionnaire（ITAQ） and the compliance scale self-designed scale at time of enrollment,6 months and 1 year after enrollment. Results：There were no significant differences among the scores of BPRS,ITAQ and the compliance scale self-designed scale between two groups at time of recruit（t=0.227,1.090,1.057;all P0.05） and there were statistically significant difference at time of 6 months（t= 7.151,5.628,5.250;all P 0.01） and 1 year after enrollment（t=7.785,5.001,6.691;all P0.01） .The relapse rate of study group was significantly lower than control group at time of 6 months and 1 year after enrollment（t=3.006,8.087;P0.05 or P0.01） . Conclusion：Free medication in community can increase compliance of medication and have a positive effect on reducing relapse rates.
