摘要
探讨基层医院药剂科药品管理的特点,提高基层医院药品管理的规范化水平,减少浪费,为医院和患者谋福利。总结和分析基层医院药品管理的特点和存在的问题,依据国家有关药品管理的法律法规,结合基层医院实际情况,提出针对基层医院的规范药品管理措施。通过加强医务人员和药品管理人员法律法规的学习,提高其业务综合素质,对药品管理的各个环节进行流程规范和措施改进,药剂科的药品管理工作更加科学、严谨和规范。掌握基层医院药品管理的特点,规范其药物管理是保证医院正常运转和人民生命财产安全的重要措施。
To investigate the features of drug administration in the department of pharmacy of primary hospitals,in order to improve the standardization level of drug administration of primary hospitals,reduce waste,and seek benefits for hospitals and patients.The features and existing problems of drug administration in primary hospitals were summarized and analyzed.The standardized drug administration measures specific to primary hospitals were proposed according to relevant national drug administration laws and regulations and actual situations of primary hospitals.By strengthening the learning of laws and regulations for medical staffs and drug administration staffs,their overall operation quality was improved.By standardizing the process and improving measures in all aspects of drug administration,the drug administration work in the department of pharmacy was more scientific,rigorous and standardized.Grasping the features of drug administration in primary hospitals and standardizing their drug administration are important measures to ensure the normal operation of hospitals and people＇s lives and property safety.
