摘要
目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病相关知识认知情况及性行为状况,为行为干预提供线索。方法 2010年1月至2010年12月对358名MSM匿名填写问卷调查,采用EPIDATA 3.1进行数据录入,用SPSS17.0统计分析。结果最近一次与男性肛交安全套使用率为56.6%,最近1次与女性发生性行为时安全套使用率为33.6%;艾滋病相关知识总知晓率(答对6道及以上)为65.4%。文化程度和选择性伴地点对调查对象艾滋病相关知识的知晓得分差异有统计学意义。结论被调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率较高,能够主动通过多种途径获得艾滋病防治知识,但不同性行为方式的安全套使用频率与艾滋病知识得分间无关联,MSM无保护性行为比例较高,如何切实有效地对MSM进行干预减少其高危性行为的发生仍需要思考。
Objective To understand cognitive status of HIV related knowledge and the situation of sexual behaviors among MSM population and offer suggestions for behavior intervention. Methods From January to December, 2010,358 MSM were investigated.through anony- mous questionnaires. Information consent data were collected by EPIDATA 3.1 and analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results The condom using-rate of having anal sex with men at the last time was 56.6% ;the condom using- rate of having sex with women at the last time was 33.6% ;the general awareness of HIV related knowledge （ getting 6 and above ） of the respondents was 65.4%.The degree and the different sites of select- ing the pamlers of the respondents on the survey had statistic significanees significantly on the awareness of AIDS related knowledge. Con- clusion The high mastery rate of AIDS knowledge is found in the survey. The respondents get HIV/AIDS knowledge through various ways actively. There is no obvious relationship between the mastery of HIV related knowledge and condom-using frequency. The ratio of non-protected sexual behaviors is high. How to adopt effective methods for behavior intervention to MSM to reduce their high risky sexual behavior still needs to he further studied.
