摘要
针对当今建筑围护结构工程中应用广泛的抹面砂浆存在保水性差、易收缩开裂等缺陷,将不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维分别加入到基层为混凝土和混凝土砌块的抹面砂浆中,采用最大裂缝宽度、裂缝分布情况和开裂指数等指标进行分析评价。试验结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,收缩裂缝有由宽向窄、由大向小变化的趋势,抹面砂浆的开裂指数明显减小,即抗裂性能明显改善。
Although widely used in nowadays exterior structural engineering,plaster mortar still has such flaws as bad water retentivity and shrinkage cracks.By adding different quantities of polypropylene fiber into mortar based on concrete as well as concrete block.Analyzes and evaluates crack resistance of mortar with maximum crack width,crack distribution and crack indexes.Results show that with the increment of polypropylene fiber, shrinkage cracks become thinner and smaller; crack indexes decrease obviously, that is to say the crack resistance of the mortar improved dramatically.
