玉米品种吉单１５９ 在三叶期经６ ℃、１０ ℃低温处理３ 天、６ 天，叶绿素含量减少，心叶相对生长速率及株高相对减少，百粒重下降，植株生长表现出明显的延迟型冷害症状。
The maize Jidan No.159 in three leaves was treated with 6℃ and 10℃ for three days and six days. The chlorophyll content, growth rate of new leaves, the plant height and the weight of hundred grains were reduced. The plant had a apparent cold damage of postponement.
